To check the status of any of your orders, navigate to the user icon in the right corner and select “Order Status” from the menu. A summary of all of your orders will be available, beginning with the most recent. Click on the order number to see additional details about that job.

Order status definitions:

Open - Your proof has been approved and will be processed by our team shortly.

Processing - Your order is being plated for print by our pre-press team.

In Production - Congratulations - Your order is currently in production in the Hotcards oven.

Ready For Pickup / Shipped - Order up! Your Hotcards are done.
