Customer obsession is a fundamental trait of every Hotcards DreamTeamer, no matter what their job title. With frightening consistency, customers know to expect obsessive service from Hotcards, and we WILL NOT disappoint.
That's it. That's our internal oath (although if it's on the world wide web, it's pretty much external now.)
It's simple really, but in practice it requires utmost care, attention, love, and dedication. Any member of Hotcards that cannot maintain this level of obsession, simply does not survive as a member of Hotcards.
