A postcard can take significantly less time to design than a 36 page booklet. Hotcards allows up to 5-7 business days before the first proof will be available for review.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all design services provided by Hotcards. All work is carried out by Hotcards on the understanding that the client has agreed to the Hotcards terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Cancellation of jobs must be made over the phone with the designer assigned to your project. We cannot accept cancellation of any orders through email or voicemail. If an order has been approved and sent to press then it can not be cancelled and must be paid in full. Orders that are still in our design queue, and not approved for production, may be cancelled on a case by case basis. Please call the designer assigned to your project to discuss cancellation.

Disclaimer

Hotcards make no warranties of any kind - implied or expressed - for any products or services that it supplies. Hotcards is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss, of data or any and all damages resulting from products or services.

Rights of Refusal

Hotcards will not include in its designs any text, images, or other data which it deems immoral, offensive, obscene, or illegal. All advertising materials must conform to the standards laid down by all relevant advertising standards authorities. Hotcards also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason.

Confidentiality

Any Input Material or other information provided by the Customer which is so designated by the Customer shall be kept confidential by the Company, and all Output Material or other information provided by the Company which is so designated by the Company shall be kept confidential by the Customer; but the foregoing shall not apply to any Documents or other materials, data or other information which are public knowledge at the time when they are so provided by either party, and shall cease to apply if at any future time they become public knowledge through no fault of the other party.
