No, the website will only allow for one CSV file to be uploaded.

A single CSV file can handle records anywhere between 200 - 100,000 maximum depending on the product selected. The system cannot accept a CSV list that carries records higher than the ordered quantity. Please contact our Customer Obsession Team if you have a list greater than 100,000 records.
