[HotHelp] Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate order cancellations where possible! Please note the following when it comes to canceling an order:
If your order is in the Awaiting Artwork Approval stage, you may request a cancellation. However, once you approve the artwork, or if no proof was requested upon checkout - cancellations will no longer be possible. This is because once artwork is approved, we immediately send orders into production. Hotcards is known for speed, and getting your orders to print ASAP is a code of honor we live by!
- If "no proof for approval" is selected, the order will be sent to production as-is, and cancellation will not be permitted.
- No cancellation is allowed once the order is in production.
- If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team.
- All cancellation requests must be made before the production process begins.
