If you need to change the shipping address on an order that you have already placed, please contact our Customer Obsession Team as soon as possible by emailing support@hotcards.com, Live Chatting us, or calling 1-216-241-4040.

In some cases an upcharge may be required depending on the new address.

We are not able to change the shipping address after an order has left the facility. You would need to contact the shipping carrier in that case.
