Yes, you would need to complete the form attached and provide the CRID number for the nonprofit organization along with the Nonprofit Authorization Number. The nonprofit organization name and address must be used as the return address on the mail piece as it appears on file with USPS. If the name and address of the nonprofit organization does not match, Hotcards will not be able to process the order as nonprofit.
