Invalid/Incomplete Address

If your shipping address is invalid or incomplete, our carriers may attempt to contact you or us to correct the address. Please note that this may result in additional charges for address correction and reshipping. We strongly recommend double-checking your address before placing your order.

Undeliverable Package

Our shipping carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts and may try to contact you directly. If they are unable to successfully deliver the package, it will be returned to us.

Returned Packages

When a package is returned to us, our shipping department will record the return in our system and may alert our customer service team. Once notified, a representative will contact you to determine if you would like the item reshipped at your expense.
