The more branded apparel you, your teams and your customers can wear – the more omnipresent your brand will be. The more door hangers you can hang – the more chances you have to win your campaign! We gladly match the price in the following types of ads:

  • Competitors' ads that feature a specific item for a specified price.
  • We will match any local competitor's advertised price.

The following are guidelines and limitations:

  • When contacting Hotcards, we do not require customers to have a physical copy of the ad... A photo or screen shot will do.
  • Items purchased must be identical to the ad (size, quantity, stock, finish, number of colors, etc.). No substitutions.
  • In all situations, Hotcards reserves the right to limit quantities to one per customer or household.

 

We do not match the price in the following types of competitor ads:

  • Items that require a separate purchase to get the advertised price.
  • Buy One Get One free ads (BOGO). For example: "Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C”
  • Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product. For example: "Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free"
  • Items that require a purchase to get a competitors' gift card For example: "Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card."
  • Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads in general.
  • Going out of business or closeout prices.
  • Percentage off ads. For example: "All business cards, 40% off"
  • A specific price that omits a specific characteristic of an item. For Example: "$9.50 on all sizes or quantities of product type."
  • Ads when the actual price for items cannot be determined.
  • Misprinted ad prices of other retailers.
  • Prices from auctions or requiring memberships.
  • Prices from auctions or requiring memberships.
  • Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items, e.g., fees, shipping charges
  • Percent off or dollar off if the item's price cannot be determined independent of other items, fees or charges.
  • Bundle offers, Instant Rebates, Mail-in Offers, Offers that include financing.
  • Prices that require minimum quantity purchases.
  • Clearance, Close out, Liquidation, Special Hour/Flash/Limited Quantity offers.
  • Wholesale pricing or other pricing discounts.

It may take up to 7 business days to verify the ad and provide you with a discount code to checkout at the lower price. The Hotcards DreamTeam has the final say in whether or not to provide the discount.
