Please note that orders that are printed correctly and without manufacturing defects or errors created by Hotcards are not eligible for refunds. This includes products where artwork, spelling, or sizing errors were not corrected during the proofing stage. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
