At Hotcards, we take pride in delivering quality printed and promotional products tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or error directly attributable to our production process. If you believe your product has a defect, please contact our Customer Obsession Team within 5 business days of receiving your order, providing detailed photos and a description of the issue.

For returns not related to defects or errors, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot always accept returns for products that are 100% correct (customized printing is nearly impossible to restock and resell!), we value your business and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, such as a partial refund, reprint, or credit towards future orders.
