[HotHelp] What happens after I place my order?
Once you place your order, our expert team at Hotcards will begin processing it and generating a proof within 24 hours (if you requested this option). During this time, we'll review your design to ensure it has the correct file size and format, is high-quality (checking for any blurriness or readability issues), and meets all other criteria that could affect printing.
If we are providing design services, your item will be put into production once the design is finalized and you approve it. You can expect to receive your items within the specified turnaround time after production begins.
